Below you will find information about how to rent and schedule fields at Orem Parks.

Orem Sports field/Facility Rentals

Thank you for your interest in reserving an Orem Recreation athletic field or facility. All athletic fields/facility rentals require insurance, rental agreement, and must be paid in full for a complete reservation.

Review the following information and complete the rental request form below. Submissions for certain rental requests are taken up to 13 months in advance, but preferably with at least 3 weeks notice. Once we receive the submitted form, we will contact you with additional information to finalize your booking.

RENTAL PROCESS

Fee Schedule
Current field rental rates (as of July 1, 2025)
  • Deposit $300 
  • Athletic Field Rental $40.00/hr per field.
  • Baseball/ Softball Field Rental $45.00/hr per field or $240.00/day per field  + staffing
  • Lights (costs per hour per field) $25.00/hr per field.
  • Tennis Courts $10/per court/per hour

Public Use Policy: Orem City parks provide various green spaces and courts for public enjoyment. These areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis. They are not intended for organized leagues, private paid instruction, or club team practices without official authorization.
