We have two different wings. the combined rooms fits about 75 people (this is with tables and chairs).
One wing usually accomdates 40 people max with tables and chairs.
You can check to see if you can reserve both wings, if your party is too big for just one!
Pricing & Info
Children’s Birthday Party Pricing (Ages 17 and below)– $50/ 2 hours for one wing
Family Gathering/ Reunion-$50/1 hour (for the East Wing with the Warming Kitchen) $50/ 1 hour (For West Wing)
Business Conference/Event Pricing- $50/1 hour (for the East Wing with the Warming Kitchen) $50/ 1 hour (For West Wing)
Neighborhood Forum- $50/1 hour (for the East Wing with the Warming Kitchen) $50/ 1 hour (For West Wing)
This does not come with daily admission to the facility. If you would like to use the facility, please pay the $5.50 admission (for children) or the $6.50 admission (for adults) at the front desk. Exceptions can be made to request daily passes before entering.
When making reservations for one or both of these rooms, please make sure to include how many people will be attending your event/gathering.
Tables and Chairs
Each room can come with tables and chairs. We have round tables, banquet tables and chairs.
We currently have

Round Table Measurements- 60 inches in diameters (fits 6 people comfortably).
Banquet Table Measurements- 6ft long 2 ft in width (fits 6 people comfortably).
Tables and chairs can be limited, depending on availability of our rooms. Front desk attendants may be able to help with set up, depending on need at the front desk.
Food Policy & Fee
We ask that when or if you do bring food to your event, that you buy premade or catered food from a third party. The East Wing warming kitchen is specifically made more holding food (this includes refrigerated items and warmed food from your third party caterer.)
There is a $50 cleaning/food fee is required for all rentals.
Items that are NOT permitted in the rentals rooms are as follows:
- Crockpots (plugged in)
- Warming Trays (ignited)
- Air Fryers
- Waffle Irons

Rental Room Rules
The policy and rules are as follows when it comes to reserving the multi purpose rooms.
- The rooms must be swept and all trash must be picked up.
- We do not allow any form of prepaid, post paid classes/workshops to be held at the facility.
- Tables and Chairs must be wiped and clean.
- No Inflatables or Soft Play Play Structures.
- Alcohol is prohibited as well as vapes, E-Cigs and cigarettes.
- No pets are allowed in the facility.
- If you plan on using the facility, you must either pay or scan in as a member to use the facility amenities.
Cancellations
Our Refund Policy for Cancellations and/or transfers is: 0-7 days notice before event – no refund; 7-30 days notice before event – $5 cancellation fee.

You must fill out the reservation request form, before booking a room with us. We also ask that once you do fill out the form, to wait 24 hours so our Office Administrator can get back to you.
