Gymnastics

A sport requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. Our classes teach children (both girls and boys) the events of floor (tumbling), vault, bars and beam.

Tumbling

Known as the floor event in gymnastics, these classes are a great way for kids to learn everything from a basic roll to a roundoff back handspring.

Beginning Cheer

Learn a variety of cheerleading skills in this class! Cheers, Motions, Dance, Jumps, Kicks, Voice Projection, Beginning Tumbling as well as an introduction to stunting! (Ages 7-12)

Parent Tot Tumbling

Our Parent Tot Tumbling class is an instructor led, structured class for our tiny tumblers. Class has emphasis on building motor skills, balance, jumping, climbing, social interaction, and FUN! This class will help your childs development through increased physical strength and muscle control, fine and gross motor skill development, coordination and balance.

Class is 45 minutes in length and requires hands-on help from an adult for most of the class.

(One adult per child required. No additional children permitted.)
