Achieve your goals with OFFC Personal Training. Our certified trainers use “Exercise Prescription” to create customized programs tailored to your unique fitness level and limitations. We focus on permanent, positive changes through expert motivation and accountability.
Rates:
Individual: $55 / hour
2-Person Joint: $35 / person
Discounted multi-session packages available.
Includes: Guided training + prescribed “solo” workouts. (Min. age 14. Pre-payment required.)

I’m also a firm believer in the science and research behind food and exercise to help clients get safe and long lasting results.

I’m Dianna, I am a NESTA, NCCA accredited, Certified Personal Trainer and have been a trainer for over 20 years. I enjoy helping people improve their health and reach their fitness and personal health goals.
I first began my journey as a young adult, looking for ways to help me look and feel better about myself. Weightlifting helped me reach those goals quickly and I enjoy the variety in weightlifting exercises. After lifting for over 10 years, I decided to pursue my personal training certificate. I later added a yoga certificate to my resume.
I love to share my knowledge and help others transform through reaching their health goals, physically and mentally. I have worked with many different client levels. I continue to learn as I work with clients and educate myself on current health trends and information.
