Sign your child up for youth basketball. Below you will find each different league and button to sign up.
Jr Jazz Grades 3-6
Teams are formed by neighborhood areas.
Games will be played 6-7 weeks at Jr. Highs & High Schools in Orem.
Fees covers a team jersey and seven league games.

Jr Jazz Grades 9-12
Registration is accepted on a team basis only and payment must be received before jerseys are order.
*Only one player from the team must register (usually the coach). Then the rest of the team will need to sign the roster. We will look over the rosters to make sure each player is only on one team.*
League is for 9-10 & 11-12 graders with a separate division for both boys and girls. (Girls will combine in league with other cities).
The fee includes a team jersey and seven league games followed by a post season tournament.
Games may be played on Monday-Friday evenings or Saturdays, beginning Jan 5.

Youth Basketball Summer League
Registration is accepted on a team basis only. Teams must provide their own jerseys.

League is for 5-6 grade boys. (Must have at least six teams to run the league.)
The fee includes a five league games followed by a post season single elimination tournament.
Games will be played on Saturdays at Hillcrest, beginning July 11.

Printable Rosters and Waivers
K-2nd Grade Instructional Clinic/League Fall 2026
| Focus | Teach fundamentals and introduce basketball. Emphasis on participation and fun; scores are NOT kept. |
| Ages | Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade |
| Duration | 6 weeks (Saturdays only). No scheduled practices during the week. |
| Game Format | Each Saturday includes a 15-minute practice, followed by four 6-minute running clock quarters. |
| Location | New Hillcrest Facility (behind the Orem Mall). |
| Game Official | No scheduled officials. Coaches from both teams will help officiate the games. |
| Included | Team Jersey. |
| Key Date | No Games on Saturday, October 17 (Fall Break). |
| Scheduling | Start times range from 9 AM to late afternoon. Leagues may be combined based on registration numbers. |
