Adaptive Sports

Orem Recreation offers two fantastic adaptive programs designed for children with mild to moderate special needs to stay active, build confidence, and make friends. Families can choose between Summer Adaptive T-Ball (ages 5+), which focuses on basic baseball skills and teamwork on Saturday mornings, or Adaptive Tumbling (ages 5–9), a  6-8 week Saturday course that develops motor skills, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive environment. Both programs require registration through the Orem Fitness Center and offer a wonderful, structured opportunity for inclusive community fun!
