Youth & Family Program Schedule

Stay active with our specialized youth classes and family-friendly facility hours.

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00 PM – 4:50 PM

  • Ages: 5–13

  • Location: 1st Floor Youth Dance Studio

  • Capacity: Limit of 20 kids per session

Mon & Wed: 4:00 PM – 4:50 PM | Sat: 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM

  • Ages: 10–14

  • Details: Meet your Personal Trainer at the front desk. Training takes place in the Functional Fitness area or Small Studio.

  • Capacity: Limit of 12 (First come, first serve)

family track time

Wed & Fri: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Sat: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • Ages: 8+ (Guardians must remain with children)

  • Location: Upstairs Track

  • Note: Please follow posted track etiquette during these sessions.
